Wes Hyde, DPT, OCS
Meet Dr. Wes Hyde, DPT, OCS your caring and dedicated physical therapist. Dr. Hyde is a Cache Valley native with a passion for helping individuals overcome physical challenges, Dr. Hyde is committed to providing personalized and effective treatment plans to help patients regain their strength, mobility, quality of life, and returning back to the lifestyle they desire.
Dr. Hyde graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in human Movement Science. He then attended Rocky Mountain University of Health Professionals where he graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has always loved sports and being active physically which led to him pursuing and becoming a board-certified orthopedic specialist, one of only a few board-certified orthopedic specialists throughout the state. Dr. Hyde has developed a deep understanding of various musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. By keeping up with the latest advancements in research and techniques, Dr. Hyde ensures that his patients receive the most up-to-date and evidence-based care.
Dr. Hyde believes in a holistic approach to physical therapy, addressing both the immediate pain and the underlying causes. By combining manual therapy techniques such as trigger point dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilizations and manipulations, along with corrective therapeutic exercises, and patient education to give each patient the individualized approach needed to help them achieve their goals. He is also a WorkSTEPS Functional Capacity Evaluator & Pre-Employment Testing Specialist.
Throughout the therapeutic journey, Dr. Hyde maintains a warm, supportive, and encouraging atmosphere, making each session a safe and comfortable space for patients to express their concerns and achievements and he takes pride in building strong and trustful relationships with his patients, motivating them to push beyond their limits and achieve outstanding results.

Larry Hunter, DPT
Larry D Hunter has been a physical therapist in Cache valley and Box Elder County for 28 years specializing in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, running and biomechanical evaluations, orthotic fabrication and fitting, functional capacity evaluations, job site evaluations, and post hire employment screening.
He graduated Physical Therapy school at Wichita State University, and received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah. He holds certifications in Dry Needling, Graston® soft tissue mobilization, and Isernhagen job matching, work injury management and preventions system.

Allison Mason, DPT
Allison Mason has been a physical therapist specializing in
vestibular, orthopedic and sports rehabilitation for more than nine years in Cache Valley.
Allison earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UNLV after graduating from Utah State University with a B.S. in Pre Physical Therapy. Allison is interested in providing personalized hands-on care to a variety of patient populations including vestibular and balance disorders, post-op conditions, orthopedics, chronic pain, sports and recreational injuries, spine care and headaches. Allison has specialized training in manual therapy, vestibular therapy, visceral manipulation and cranial therapy.

Brad Thomas, MSPT
Brad Thomas has Master’s degree in Physical Therapy with
over 30 years of experience. He has taken a wide array of continuing education courses and works in most areas of physical therapy. He works with problems with the back, neck, hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, etc. and has developed a Headache program. He specializes in manual therapy, and also has experience with Strokes, balance issues, as well as post-surgical care. He also performs Functional Capacity Evaluations

Kyle Johnson, DPT
Kyle earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah after receiving his bachelor’s degree from Utah State University. He was born and raised in Smithfield, Utah where he grew up playing sports and has coached football locally at the high school level for 7+ years. He enjoys hiking, snowboarding, wake surfing, and spending time with his wife and two children. Kyle is passionate about caring for those in his community and is driven to optimize the functional ability of those he works with to meet their goals.

Tiera Williams, PTA
Tiera graduated from Idaho State University in 2014 with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting. She has worked as a PT Assistant since 2014 in the Northern Utah area, assisting multiple physical therapists with a variety of patients in the outpatient setting including orthopedic, return to sport, wound care, chronic pain, etc.
She also assists in hospitals on the inpatient floor with orthopedic rehabilitation including post-operative total joint replacement, and post-operative back surgeries, as well as general medical patients. Along with inpatient and outpatient experience, Tiera also has experience in the Home Health setting helping patients with general weakness as well as post-operatively. Tiera specializes in manual therapy and is certified in the Hesch Method of Manual Therapy for the Sacroiliac Joint.
